The Eternal Emperor Universe is an alternate time line featuring an arrested singularity controlled by one man who takes on his role as a benevolent dictator for humanity. It is more than just a look at palace intrigue in the likes of Dune or other fantasy novels, instead it centers on the people who server the Emperor and the Empire. Even one all-powerful man cannot rule everything. It takes willing citizens.
The time lines diverge from our own in 1991, when instead of stopping coalition forces continue on and conquer Iraq, sparking a wider war in the middle east that ends with biological warfare and the use of nuclear weapons, forever changing the face of the world and human history.
